Introducing the exhaust system designed specifically for classic Triumph motorcycles. Made from high-quality Ti1 titanium, this system features a sleek, satin-brushed finish. It preserves the clean lines of the classic design while delivering a powerful exhaust note, making it ideal for those who seek a more performance-oriented experience.

The titanium mufflers are engineered for optimal exhaust flow, enhancing sound and performance. The removable silencers are attached with a single bolt and can be taken out in under a minute.

Appearance:

The surface finish is brushed, and after just one ride, the headers begin to change color, starting from the exhaust ports. Cleaning and maintaining titanium is quite straightforward, as it doesn't require the polishing that stainless steel does. Thanks to its high resistance to acid and salt, titanium won't stain or corrode. Additionally, it dissipates heat twice as fast as steel. To clean titanium, simply wipe it with furniture polish and a clean cloth, and it will look new again.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon utilize a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, ensuring ultrasonically perfect welds.

Tuning:

Although not required, tuning can be performed by a competent technician without any limitations imposed by the exhaust system on what a tuner can achieve.
