With global noise emission regulations tightening and public scrutiny increasing, Vandemon set out to create an exhaust that delivers both audiable compliance and character. The result is our Titanium Stealth Slip-On Exhaust System, a lightweight, performance-focused replacement for the heavy OEM steel exhaust, with a twist.

This isn’t just an exhaust. It’s two personalities in one.

Performance Meets Control

At the touch of a handlebar-mounted button, the rider can instantly switch between Quiet and Loud modes.

• Quiet mode keeps things civilised for urban riding and long-distance cruising
• Loud mode unleashes a deep, aggressive tone worthy of the Sportster S

Beyond sound, the Stealth system delivers a significant weight reduction, along with noticeable gains in horsepower and torque, even without tuning. Add a custom tune, and the exhaust places virtually no restrictions on what your tuner can achieve.

How Does It Work?

The system features two mufflers:

• A top muffler, designed for quieter operation, which handles all exhaust flow when the valve is closed
• A lower straight-through muffler, fully unrestricted, that takes over when the valve opens, producing an unmistakably loud, deep exhaust note

Sound levels can be fine-tuned further using the included removable baffle, ideal for riders who want loud but not too loud.

The exhaust valve is operated by a BMW-manufactured weatherproof servo motor, ensuring OEM-level reliability. A complete wiring harness and handlebar switch are included, drawing power from a 12-volt ignition-live supply.

Tuning

When tuning the Stealth Exhaust, technicians tune the bike with the valve in the open (loud) position, ensuring optimal performance when it matters most.

Crafted from natural brushed titanium, the Stealth system looks as good as it performs:

• Won’t stain, corrode, or require polishing
• Exceptional resistance to acid and salt
• Dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, reducing heat soak and retention

The result is a premium finish that stays sharp ride after ride, built to perform, built to last.
