VANDEMON offers a complete titanium exhaust system featuring striking polished titanium headers and a brushed titanium finish muffler. This system enables unrestricted exhaust flow, delivering maximum sound and performance. By replacing the heavy OEM catalytic converter and steel muffler, it significantly reduces weight, leading to improved handling, reduced stopping times, and increased acceleration.

Significant horsepower gains can be achieved without tuning, and up to an additional 30 horsepower can be obtained after tuning and increasing the speed limiter. You can refer to the two dyno graphs in the images. The first graph shows a typical before-and-after result, while the second graph demonstrates the improvement stages of tune with a different motorcycle that was fitted with a competitor's brand of muffler, compared to the performance enhancement achieved with the full VANDEMON exhaust.

Titanium requires minimal maintenance compared to stainless steel or chrome plating. It will keep its appearance without requiring abrasive polishing. Just wipe it with mild furniture polish to restore its shine. The titanium will develop bright reds and blues after only one heat cycle, giving it a visually exotic and distinctive look compared to other exhaust systems on the market. Additionally, it offers a unique triple sound, in part due to the elimination of the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter and muffler.
