MV AGUSTA F3 800  Titanium Full Exhaust System

For the rider who accepts nothing less than technical mastery and uncompromising elegance, Vandemon presents a new standard in performance engineering crafted to complement the exotic allure of MV Agusta.

Our precision-engineered headers are meticulously constructed from premium Ti1 Japanese titanium, offering exceptional strength, weight savings, and thermal resilience. Each system features cast titanium spigots, designed to optimise flow dynamics while adding structural integrity.

Our all-titanium exhaust system ditches the bulky, heat-soaked catalytic converter, instantly slashing weight while freeing your engine from restrictive bottlenecks. The result? Pure, uncompromised performance.

A carefully tuned mid-muffler tames harsh high-frequency noise, delivering a deep, resonant tone that’s both aggressive and refined. That sound then roars through three striking exhaust tips, crafted to turn heads even before you fire up the engine.

Want full-throttle intensity or a bit more civility? You’re in control. Keep the supplied dB killers for a subdued growl, or remove them entirely for unfiltered audio nirvana.

Every component is a reflection of our commitment to excellence, where innovation, material science, and artisan-level craftsmanship converge to create an experience worthy of the most discerning enthusiast.

Key Technical Features

  • The headers are fully compatible with the OEM catalytic converter and muffler, while the slip-on muffler is likewise designed to seamlessly integrate with the factory headers while eliminating the Cat
  • Ultra-Lightweight Construction: Premium-grade titanium drastically reduces mass, improving handling and overall performance.
  • Optimised Exhaust Flow: Designed for dyno tuning, the slip-on ensures unrestricted exhaust flow, allowing tuners to maximise horsepower and torque gains.
  • Enhanced Throttle Response: Experience a sharper, more responsive power curve, ideal for spirited riding and track performance.
  • Seamless Precision Welding: TIG-welded with argon purging for exceptional structural integrity, durability, and visual appeal.

Performance Meets Craftsmanship

Every detail of the Vandemon Slip-On is engineered with precision, from titanium to the lightweight design that improves ride dynamics. This system not only delivers a dynamic, resonant exhaust note but also elevates the MV AGUSTA's aggressive character.

Vandemon: The technical choice for riders serious about unlocking true performance potential with cutting-edge design and engineering.

ECU remapping is recommended when changing the exhaust system to optimise fueling and maintain reliability.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance, which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, making for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion qualities, Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, and rocket motor cases, F1 and MotoGP.

OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:

  • Very light, Increased power-to-weight ratio.
  • Won't corrode or change colour from exposure to water
  • Never needs polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
  • Dissipate heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel.
  • Won't distort or oxidise at High Temperatures
