Easiest performance gain: 6+ HP without tuning and using the OEM Akrapovic muffler and factory exhaust valve or +15Hp increase with race muffler and tune.

We developed the headers only for the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade to enable retention of the  OEM muffler and exhaust valve to maintain a low Db rating whilst also achieving a modest 6Hp increase in peak power and a much-needed increase in torque over the entire RPM range without any need for tuning. If peak power increases are sort then the addition of a 60mm race muffler of your choosing and a tune will easily make 15HP extra.

The use of lightweight titanium reduces stopping distances, increases acceleration times and notably speeds up changes in direction, whilst colouring up after one heat cycle for that exotic race track appearance.
