This exhaust system is constructed from premium-grade Japanese Ti1 titanium, providing significant advantages over the (OEM) steel exhaust. The reduction in overall weight results in enhanced vehicle handling during directional changes, improved acceleration, and decreased stopping distances. The design facilitates increased mid-range torque and peak horsepower, achieved through exceptional exhaust flow that eliminates restrictions while amplifying the distinctive sound characteristic of the triple engine configuration.

The doughnut link pipe simulates a long exhaust system, which is optimal for enhancing horsepower and torque while presenting the aesthetic of a compact exhaust configuration.

Appearance:

The material has a highly polished surface finish, and after a single heat cycle, it displays a vibrant spectrum of colours. Titanium offers significant advantages over stainless steel, especially in its resistance to staining and corrosion, and it does not require continuous polishing. Additionally, titanium is exceptionally resistant to acidic and saline environments and facilitates heat dissipation at twice the rate of steel.

Manufacture:

At Vandemon, we employ a meticulously developed welding technique that ensures the welding of both sides of each joint. This process results in welds of exceptional quality, characterised by ultrasonic precision.

Tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
