Appearance

The system features a natural brushed titanium finish that evolves with every ride. As the titanium heats and cools, it develops a vibrant, multi-coloured patina unique to your machine. Unlike stainless steel, titanium does not corrode, stain, or require polishing. Its exceptional resistance to salt, acid, and heat—combined with thermal conductivity nearly double that of steel—makes it the ideal material for high-performance exhaust systems.

Manufacturing Excellence

Vandemon exhausts are produced using a proprietary welding technique that fuses both sides of each joint. This ensures ultrasonically perfect welds, superior strength, and long-term durability, setting a new standard in titanium fabrication.

Tuning & Compatibility

The system includes a removable silencer. With the silencer installed, ECU remapping is generally not required, as the OEM settings can compensate for minor changes in fuelling. However, for optimal performance, especially when running without the silencer, professional tuning by a qualified technician is recommended on a chassis dynamometer For optimal performance, throttle response, and long-term durability
