Beware of brands claiming titanium when only the muffler is titanium and the headers are stainless steel.

 Constructed entirely from high-quality Japanese Ti1 titanium and featuring a carbon fibre tip all-titanium muffler makes for a significantly lighter exhaust system than the original steel exhaust. This weight reduction noticeably enhances handling during directional changes, improves acceleration, and reduces stopping distances. The tapered header and mid-pipe tube dimensions result in a distinct increase in mid-range torque and peak horsepower, as well as the unmistakable Vandemon sound.

Appearance:

"The surface finish is natural brushed titanium. After just one ride, it changes to all colours of the spectrum. Titanium has the added advantage over stainless steel in that it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. Titanium has very high resistance to acid and salt, and it dissipates heat twice as fast as steel."

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfect welds.

Tuning:

The muffler is equipped with a removable silencer, which when used doesn't require remapping of your ECU, as any slight alterations to fueling will be managed by the OEM mapping, however, when the silencer is not used, tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
