The VANDEMON full titanium exhaust system is engineered for riders who demand uncompromised performance and unmistakable presence. Featuring stunning polished titanium headers paired with a sleek brushed titanium muffler, this system delivers unrestricted exhaust flow for maximum power, razor-sharp throttle response, and an intoxicating sound.

By eliminating the heavy OEM catalytic converter and steel muffler, the VANDEMON system achieves a significant weight reduction, translating directly into sharper handling, faster acceleration, and reduced stopping distances. The result is a motorcycle that feels lighter, more agile, and more responsive in every riding scenario.

Even without tuning, riders can expect substantial horsepower gains straight out of the box. With tuning and a raised speed limiter, performance can be pushed even further, unlocking up to an additional 30 horsepower. As shown in the dyno graphs, the first image highlights a typical before-and-after gain, while the second demonstrates progressive tuning improvements on a different motorcycle, clearly showcasing the superior performance achieved when switching from a competitor’s muffler to the full VANDEMON exhaust system.

Beyond performance, titanium offers exceptional durability with minimal maintenance. Unlike stainless steel or chrome, it retains its finish without abrasive polishing, simply wipe it down with mild furniture polish to restore its brilliance. After just one heat cycle, the titanium naturally develops vivid reds and blues, creating an exotic, race-inspired appearance that sets it apart from anything else on the market.

Completing the experience is VANDEMON’s distinctive triple-layered exhaust note, deep, aggressive, and unmistakably refined. This unique sound is achieved through precise engineering and the removal of the restrictive catalytic converter and muffler, delivering a tone that sounds as powerful as it performs.
