Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust System

Designed to fit the complete KTM Adventure platform, the Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust System delivers substantial weight savings, increased performance, improved heat management, and the distinctive exhaust note expected from a premium titanium system. Engineered for both on-road touring and demanding off-road adventure riding, every component is manufactured to withstand the harsh conditions these motorcycles are built to conquer.

Precision Engineering

Manufactured entirely from high-grade titanium using advanced fabrication techniques, this system offers exceptional strength while dramatically reducing weight compared to the original exhaust. Titanium's superior heat dissipation helps lower operating temperatures around the rider and bodywork while providing excellent corrosion resistance in all riding environments.

Each exhaust is produced using Vandemon's precision back-purged TIG welding process, creating complete weld penetration for maximum strength, durability, and a consistently flawless appearance. Every weld is designed to withstand the constant vibration, impacts, and thermal cycling encountered during adventure riding.

Performance

The optimised header and collector design improves exhaust gas flow, allowing the engine to breathe more efficiently throughout the rev range. The result is stronger throttle response, increased horsepower and torque, and a more engaging riding experience while maintaining smooth power delivery.

Appearance

The natural brushed titanium finish provides a premium motorsport appearance that gradually develops vibrant blue, gold, and purple hues after repeated heat cycles, giving each system a unique finish.

Unlike stainless steel, titanium will not rust or corrode, requires virtually no maintenance, and does not need polishing to maintain its appearance. Its excellent resistance to salt, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions makes it the ideal material for adventure motorcycles.

The muffler is all Titanium except for a stylish carbon fibre end cap and an aggressive sound to match. Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance, this lightweight system will enhance performance by 14hp (1290 Dyno shown) when used with a fuel correction device.
