Full Titanium Exotica is crafted from high-quality Ti1 Titanium using advanced manufacturing techniques. It features 100% ultrasonically perfect welds and is jigged for a perfect fit every time.

The exhaust system features CNC mandrel-bent titanium tubing that is precision purge welded. This connects to a lightweight all-titanium resonator, replacing the heavy and restrictive catalytic converter. The system then exits through a single titanium muffler with a removable silencer that moderates noise. Additionally, this exhaust system is compatible with pannier bags, as shown.

Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp after tuning.
