Crafted to Perfection in Titanium

Every expansion chamber is handcrafted from premium Japanese Ti1 titanium using precision-cut segments and meticulous welding techniques.

Each weld is fully back-purged to achieve excellent penetration, structural integrity and a beautifully clean finish. The resulting arrangement of brushed finish segments and flush welded seams gives the chamber its unmistakable factory-racing appearance.

This is more than an exhaust component, it is functional titanium artwork built for serious off-road performance.

Titanium offers significant advantages for off-road and hard-enduro applications:

• Ultra-lightweight: At approximately 1 kg, the expansion chamber substantially reduces exhaust weight, helping improve handling and responsiveness.
• Exceptionally strong: Built to withstand rocks, roost, branches and the impacts encountered in demanding terrain.
• Corrosion resistant: Titanium will not rust and offers outstanding resistance to moisture, mud, salt and harsh riding conditions.
• Easy to maintain: Simply pressure-wash, dry and wipe with a suitable non-abrasive polish to restore its presentation.

A Finish Unique to Every Rider

Once exposed to operating temperatures, the titanium develops natural shades of gold, blue and purple. This heat-induced patina evolves with use, giving every chamber an individual appearance.

No two pipes age in exactly the same way, your expansion chamber will develop a finish that is uniquely yours.

Precision Fitment

Every Vandemon expansion chamber is manufactured on a precision jig to ensure consistent alignment and straightforward installation.

The chamber is designed to work with the original silencer or a compatible premium aftermarket muffler, with no tuning required under normal installation conditions. It preserves the character of the TBI 300 engine while reducing weight and enhancing the motorcycle’s appearance, sound and performance.
