The ultimate exhaust for the KTM and Husqvarna 300 series of EFI off-road two-stroke dirt bikes. It is super lightweight, features no catalytic converter, and has a standout, exotic, factory hand-crafted appearance.

Titanium is the best metal for off-road use. It is much lighter than mild or stainless steel while also being stronger and more resistant to impact. Additionally, titanium will not stain or corrode due to its high resistance to acids and salt. It never needs polishing; simply using a pressure washer and wiping it down with a non-abrasive furniture polish will restore its appearance to like new.

The other unique feature of titanium is the unmistakable colour change that takes place after only one ride where the oxides on the surface of the titanium react to heat and change to rich iridescent purples and blue hues. 

Manufacture Quality:  Industry benchmark welding quality purged to achieve 100% penetration. Each joint is as strong as the parent metal and flush to the surface. Each pipe is jigged and identical to the next for a perfect fit each time.  

The expansion chamber is designed to work with the OEM silencer or any after-market brand.
