MATERIAL & PERFORMANCE

This exhaust system is precision-engineered from high-grade Japanese Ti1 titanium, extending from the headers to the muffler. Compared to the OEM system, it delivers a significant weight reduction. The lighter construction translates into improved agility, faster directional changes, enhanced throttle response, and reduced braking distances key performance gains for both road and track use.

APPEARANCE & DURABILITY

Each component features a natural brushed titanium finish. Upon initial heat cycling, the titanium undergoes a vibrant colour transformation displaying a spectrum of hues unique to high-quality titanium alloys. Unlike stainless steel, titanium is highly resistant to corrosion, oxidation, and staining. It requires no polishing and offers superior heat dissipation, approximately twice that of steel, contributing to cooler engine bay temperatures and extended component life.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

At Vandemon, our proprietary welding technique ensures maximum structural integrity. Every joint is welded internally and externally, creating welds of exceptional strength and uniformity. This dual-pass process results in ultrasonically clean, defect-free welds, ensuring long-term reliability under high thermal stress.

TUNING & SILENCER OPTIONS

The system includes a removable silencer (dB killer) for versatile use:

• With silencer installed: No ECU remapping is required. The factory ECU can accommodate the minor changes in exhaust flow and fueling within the limits of the stock map.
• Without silencer: For optimal performance and to ensure correct air/fuel ratios, professional tuning is strongly recommended. A competent technician can tailor the ECU mapping to fully exploit the gains offered by the freer-flowing system.
