Italjet Dragster 125/200 Titanium Slip-On 2021-2023
We, at Vandemon, have specifically designed a Slip-On Titanium Muffler for the new Italjet Dragster 125/200. We utilized the OEM engine pipe to reduce production costs without compromising performance, and it is only slightly heavier. Our use of 100% Ti1 Titanium, as in all our high-performance exhausts, provides added exclusivity and aesthetic appeal, while eliminating the OEM restrictions that reduce power and sound presence. This is especially ideal for traffic conditions where scooters spend a lot of their time.
Vandemon also includes a stylish carbon fibre heat shield at no extra cost.
Using materials usually found in the world superbike, this exhaust has a lightweight 100% titanium muffler & chassis and a stylish carbon fibre end cap that provides a real racing appearance adding to the“Urban Superbike” that this scooter is known for.
A Titanium link pipe finishes the system, which offers combined offers a huge weight saving of (3.9 kg) over the stock exhaust. Performance is increased by 1.3 hp power at 9,800 rpm as well as a torque gain of 1.0 Nm at 9,300 rpm.
- Material: Muffler Ti1 Titanium Outer and Inner
- Carbon Fibre Heat Guard Included

Appearance:
The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
Manufacture:
We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, making for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?
Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion qualities, Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, and rocket motor cases,aetcF1 and MotoGP.
OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:
- Very light, Increased power to weight ratio.
- Won't corrode or change colour from exposure to water
- Never needs polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
- Dissipate heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel.
- Won't distort or oxidise at High Temperatures
