Italjet Dragster 125/200 Titanium Exhaust System 2021-2024

Soldout taking forward orders and payment with fulfilment in late July 2024

We at Vandemon have specially designed a full Titanium Exhaust, including the link pipe, for the new Italjet Dragster 125/200. Unlike our competitors who use a combination of titanium and stainless steel, our exhaust is made entirely of 100% Ti1 Titanium, which is also used in all our other high-performance exhaust systems. This not only adds exclusivity and style but also eliminates the OEM restrictions that limit power and sound. This is particularly ideal for traffic conditions where scooters spend a lot of time."

Vandemon also includes a stylish carbon fibre heat shield at no extra cost.

"Made with materials typically used in world superbikes, this exhaust features a lightweight 100% titanium muffler and chassis, as well as a stylish carbon fibre end cap that gives it a real racing look, adding to the 'Urban Superbike' aesthetic that this scooter is known for."

A Titanium link pipe completes the system, which, when combined, offers a huge weight saving of (4.1 kg) over the stock exhaust. Performance after tuning is increased by 3hp at 9,900 rpm, as well as a torque gain of 1.5 Nm at 9,000 rpm.

  • Material: Header Pipe Ti1 Titanium
  • Material: Muffler Ti1 Titanium Outer and Inner
  • Weight: 2.4kg
  • O2 sensor provision 1 x M18x1.5mm 1 x M12x1.25 reducer
  • Removable Silencer included
  • Tuning required with this exhaust
  • Application: Competition

Appearance:

The surface finish has a natural brushed appearance that turns into an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, titanium does not stain, corrode, or require polishing because of its high resistance to acid and salt. Titanium also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, helping to prevent prolonged heat exposure to body panels when stationary.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon utilize a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, creating ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion qualities, Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, and rocket motor cases,aetcF1 and MotoGP.

OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:

  • Very light, Increased power to weight ratio.
  • Won't corrode or change colour from exposure to water
  • Never needs polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
  • Dissipate heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel.
  • Won't distort or oxidise at High Temperatures
