Born from consistent demand within the passionate CBR250RR MC22 community, this full race exhaust system has been purpose-built to unlock the true potential of Honda’s legendary 250.

Produced between 1990 and 1996 (with Australian models continuing through to 2000), the CBR250RR quickly earned cult status. Its screaming 19,000 RPM redline, bulletproof gear-driven camshaft inline-four engine, and razor-sharp chassis made it the benchmark for quarter-litre performance, and still one of the most sought-after bikes of its class today.

To match such an iconic machine, we’ve engineered an exhaust system that delivers both performance and character.

Featuring precision-designed tapered headers, this system maintains high exhaust gas velocity as gases exit the engine. The result? Enhanced scavenging during valve overlap, improving cylinder filling efficiency. This translates into stronger top-end horsepower while also boosting torque in the lower RPM range, giving you performance gains exactly where you want them.
