Developed in response to overwhelming demand from the passionate Honda CBR250RR MC22 community, this full titanium race exhaust system has been purpose-built to unlock the full performance potential of Honda's legendary quarter-litre superbike.

Produced from 1990 to 1996 (with Australian-delivered models continuing through to 2000), the CBR250RR MC22 has earned an iconic reputation among enthusiasts worldwide for Its screaming 19,000 RPM redline, gear-driven camshaft inline-four engine, and razor-sharp handling made it the benchmark in the 250cc sports bike class. Decades later, it remains one of the most desirable and collectable motorcycles of its era.

To complement such an exceptional machine, we've engineered a premium full titanium exhaust system that delivers a distinctive race-inspired exhaust note, and a dramatic reduction in weight. Tipping the scales at just 3.7 kg, it saves 3.4 kg over the original Honda exhaust system, which weighs approximately 7.1 kg.

The system features stepped tapered headers designed to maintain high exhaust gas velocity as gases leave the combustion chamber. This promotes more effective exhaust scavenging during valve overlap, improving cylinder filling efficiency and overall engine breathing. 

Handcrafted from premium-grade titanium, the system also offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability while showcasing the distinctive appearance that only titanium can provide. Every component has been designed with performance, fitment, and longevity in mind.
