Ducati Panigale 1199, 1299, 1299 SP & R Down Under Titanium Exhaust System 2011-19
Ducati Panigale 1199, 1299 SP & R Down Under Titanium Exhaust System
Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style along with a great sound utilising the latest manufacturing technics & exotic materials such as Titanium that makes for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention compared to the greater mass of the OEM stainless steel exhaust utilising a catalytic converter which in itself as a result of a chemical reaction with nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and hydrocarbons heats up more than the escaping heat generated from combustion process, and being the No1 reason many Panigale owners complain of uncomfortable heat from the exhaust radiating upwards whilst stationary. Vandemons down under exhaust system vastly reduces this radiated heat by the deletion of the catalytic converter and the use of lightweight Titanium which doesn't retain heat and cools quickly.
Weld quality is second to none with ultrasonically perfect welds which Ducati owners would expect & appreciate for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.
Surface finish is a natural brushed finish which when heated changes to an iridescent blue and red as well as having a advantage over stainless steel that titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process which completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping, fishbone appearance.

Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the end results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve
Why buy a titanium exhaust? Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality’s Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP
Other advantages of Titanium:
- Very light, Increase power to weight ratio
- Won’t corrode or discolour
- Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium
- Dissipate Heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
