CFMOTO 450SR Stainless Steel Race Exhaust System

A lighter version of our popular high-mount twin-muffler option was needed for the Australian ASBK race series. According to the regulations, the headers must be constructed from stainless steel to maintain affordability for the class. This exhaust system removes the catalytic converter and restrictive mufflers, enabling tuners to achieve their desired results without constraints. It also leads to a substantial reduction in weight and delivers impressive sound for that KTM 450 engine.

The supplied silencer can reduce noise, but it may not meet international noise regulations. Please consider this before purchasing.

Appearance:

The exhaust headers and link pipe are highly polished and will keep their shine for a longer time, requiring less maintenance compared to other stainless steel materials on the market that have lower levels of chromium and nickel. Additionally, each exhaust comes with beautiful carbon fibre covers that greatly enhance the overall look of your CFMOTO 450.

Tuning:

The muffler includes a detachable silencer that can be used without requiring a remapping of your ECU. In this scenario, any minor fueling adjustments would be taken care of by the original equipment manufacturer's mapping. However, if you decide not to use the silencer, it is advisable to have your vehicle tuned by a qualified technician using a chassis dynamometer to ensure the best performance.
