Crafted with lightweight, polished stainless steel headers and a brushed titanium muffler with a carbon fibre tip, this system is the perfect upgrade for riders aiming to maximize performance.

By eliminating the catalytic converter and restrictive mufflers, this system unlocks additional torque and horsepower while significantly reducing weight. Its robust design ensures durability and delivers an aggressive, race-inspired exhaust note for the KTM 450 engine.

TUNING

The detachable silencer allows you to use the exhaust without remapping your ECU, as minor fueling adjustments can be handled by the OEM mapping. For maximum performance, especially when the silencer is removed, we recommend tuning by a qualified technician using a chassis dynamometer
