Manufactured from polished 304 stainless steel, the system replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter to improve exhaust flow, mid-range torque and horsepower. Its high-mounted configuration retains compatibility with the passenger footpegs, while removable silencers let you tailor the exhaust note to your preference.

Performance and Sound

Removing the catalytic converter allows the engine to breathe more freely, improving throttle response and delivering stronger performance throughout the rev range. When paired with professional ECU tuning and a high-flow DNA air filter, the system can deliver gains of up to 23% in horsepower.

The dual-muffler configuration produces a deep, aggressive exhaust note with a distinctive high-performance character.

Every stainless-steel component is polished to a mirror-like finish for a premium appearance and straightforward maintenance. The included carbon-fibre heat shields add a refined, race-inspired detail that complements the styling of the CFMOTO 450SR.

Installation Note

A minor modification to the rear hugger is required. A small section must be trimmed to provide clearance for the rear up-pipe. Detailed instructions are included to guide you through this adjustment.

Tuning Recommendations

The exhaust can be operated with the supplied silencers and the factory ECU mapping, which can generally compensate for minor fuelling changes.

For maximum performance—particularly when riding with the silencers removed—professional ECU tuning and a DNA high-flow air filter are strongly recommended. Correct tuning will optimise the air-to-fuel ratio and help the engine perform safely and consistently.
