Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo Titanium Exhaust System 2017-2025

Vandemon has created the benchmark of exhaust systems for the Can-Am Maverick X3. Made from lightweight Exotica Ti1 Titanium. This exhaust eliminates all restrictions to exhaust flow and greatly enhances turbocharger spool up for noticeable increases in acceleration whilst reducing heat soak due to Titanium's unique ability to cool fast and not retain heat like Stainless Steel Exhaust systems.

The muffler is attached to the turbocharger via a 304 polished stainless steel mid-pipe with flexible coupling to prevent vibration, causing fasteners from working loose at the turbocharger and metal fatigue. In addition, an M12x1.25 O2 bung is positioned so that the OEM oxygen sensor can be retained. 

 Made from the highest quality materials using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes enabling beautiful welds and jigged for a perfect fit every time. Vandemon Exhausts are designed for competition use and free up lost power.
