At the heart of the system is Vandemon’s exclusive POWER BOMB design, developed specifically for the Tuareg platform to enhance low-end torque and significantly improve mid-range power, delivering stronger real-world performance than conventional systems on the market.

Crafted entirely from 100% titanium, every component is designed for maximum weight reduction, exceptional heat resistance, and long-term durability. Unlike many exhaust systems, there is absolutely no stainless steel used anywhere in its construction.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to it's high acid and salt resistance. Titanium also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary. 

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, resulting in ultrasonically perfect joints, with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
