Maximum Performance. Minimum Weight.
Purpose-built for the Aprilia Tuareg 660, the Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust System has been engineered without compromise to unlock the engine's full potential while dramatically reducing weight. Designed for adventure riders who demand race-inspired performance and premium craftsmanship, this system delivers stronger acceleration, sharper throttle response, and an unmistakable exhaust note.
At the core of the design is Vandemon's exclusive POWER BOMB collector, developed specifically for the Tuareg 660. Unlike conventional exhaust systems, the POWER BOMB chamber improves exhaust gas scavenging to increase low-end torque and produce a noticeably stronger mid-range, where adventure motorcycles spend most of their time on the road and trail.
Manufactured entirely from 100% aerospace-grade titanium, every component—including the headers, mid-pipe, and muffler—is titanium. There is no stainless steel used anywhere in the construction, resulting in an exceptionally lightweight system with superior corrosion resistance, reduced heat retention, and outstanding durability in harsh riding environments.
The unrestricted design maximizes exhaust flow to improve engine efficiency and delivers a deep, aggressive exhaust note while providing the ideal platform for ECU remapping and dyno tuning to achieve even greater performance gains.
Whether you're tackling remote trails, long-distance touring, or spirited road riding, the Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust System transforms the Tuareg 660 into a lighter, more responsive, and more exciting motorcycle.

APPEARANCE
The surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red. Unlike stainless steel, titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to it's high acid and salt resistance. Titanium also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
MANUFACTURE
We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, resulting in ultrasonically perfect joints, with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?
Due to its strength, weight, and anti-corrosion qualities, titanium is found in the most demanding applications:
- Aircraft airframes
- Jet engine compressor blades and ducting
- Deep-sea saltwater vessels
- Steam turbine blades
- Rocket motor cases
- F1 and MotoGP
OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:
- Lightweight
- Increased power to weight ratio.
- Won't corrode or change colour from exposure to water
- Never needs polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
- Dissipate heat twice as fast as stainless steel.
- Won't distort or oxidise at high temperatures
