The Vandemon exhaust system combines race-bred engineering, ultra-lightweight construction, premium craftsmanship, outstanding acoustics, and uncompromising performance, making it the ideal choice for riders who expect the very best.

Manufactured using a high-grade titanium muffler and carbon-fibre end cap, the system features a fully titanium link pipe and internal muffler construction, along with precision-engineered titanium alloy headers and collectors. The result is a complete exhaust package that weighs 40% less than the original equipment system.

Designed specifically for closed-course racing applications, this track-focused exhaust requires ECU remapping and retains the passenger footrests. Performance testing on an Aprilia RSV4 demonstrated gains of +12Hp when compared directly with the standard factory exhaust on a controlled dyno run.

TUNING

•  It is mandatory that the motorcycle's engine management system (ECU) must be remapped/reprogrammed best achieved on a dyno by a experianced technician.
