DESCRIPTION

The Kawasaki Z1000 4-into-2 exhaust is constructed from high-quality Japanese Ti1 titanium, with two carbon fibre mufflers. As a result, the entire exhaust system is significantly lighter than the OEM stainless steel exhaust system. This weight reduction noticeably improves handling, enhances acceleration, and reduces stopping distances.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is a natural brushed look, which, after just one ride, changes to display all the colours of the spectrum. Additionally, titanium has the advantage over the OEM stainless steel exhaust as it is resistant to staining, corrosion, and does not require polishing. Titanium has high resistance to acid and salt, and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, creating ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

TUNING

The mufflers are equipped with removable silencers, which, when used, don't require your ECU remapping. The OEM mapping will manage any slight alterations to fueling; however, a competent technician recommends tuning to suit when the silencers are not utilised.
