ZXMOTO has burst onto the world stage, with the 820RR platform proving its potential against established rivals in the World Supersport Championship. A motorcycle with this much ambition deserves an exhaust that matches, and at Vandemon, we were inspired to create exactly that.

Drawing on our experience developing titanium performance exhausts, we have created a full titanium high mount race exhaust system designed to let this exceptional triple breathe freely and make its presence heard.

By eliminating the heavy factory catalytic converter and replacing the original exhaust with free-flowing titanium tubing and a matching muffler, the Vandemon system reduces weight and exhaust restriction. Every element serves a clear purpose: support the engine’s performance potential while delivering the sound and finish this motorcycle deserves.

The result is pure triple-cylinder character. A deep, purposeful growl builds into a crisp, exhilarating howl as the revs rise, bringing the engine’s distinctive firing rhythm to life. It is audio nirvana for riders who love the sound of a high-revving triple.

Titanium adds its own visual appeal. As the system goes through heat cycles, its surface develops distinctive blue, purple and gold colouring, giving the exhaust a finish that evolves with use.
