Built for on-road touring and demanding off-road riding, this premium system combines precision fabrication with titanium’s exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. OEM muffler compatiable or any after market slip-on muffler that is OEM header compatiable 

Precision Engineering

Manufactured from high-grade titanium, these headers reduce weight compared with the original exhaust while offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Precision back-purged TIG welding produces clean, consistent welds with complete penetration, delivering strength and durability to withstand the vibration and repeated heat cycles of adventure riding.

Performance

Optimised header and collector geometry promotes efficient exhaust flow, supporting responsive throttle control and smooth power delivery throughout the rev range. A deeper, more purposeful exhaust note adds to the riding experience.

Actual performance gains depend on the motorcycle’s configuration and tuning.

Distinctive Titanium Finish

The brushed titanium finish develops shades of blue, gold and purple through repeated heat cycles, giving each system its own distinctive appearance.

Titanium’s natural resistance to corrosion makes it well suited to riding in wet, salty and muddy conditions, with minimal upkeep required to preserve its finish.

The muffler is all Titanium except for a stylish carbon fibre end cap and an aggressive sound to match. Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance, this lightweight system will enhance performance by 14hp (1290 Dyno shown) when used with a fuel correction device.
