Our premium titanium headers adopt the HRC-180-degree engineered configuration, precisely optimised to complement the engine’s torque characteristics resulting from the split throttle body architecture (Programmed Dual-Stage Fuel Injection). This configuration enables highly granular calibration of the engine control unit (ECU), ensuring optimal performance. The advancements introduced in the current-generation model, compared to its predecessor, are primarily focused on refined torque delivery and enhanced rider input response. These improvements are achieved through the integration of independently actuated throttle bodies and sophisticated torque and power modelling algorithms embedded within the HRC race-spec ECU, allowing for precise modulation of engine output across varying load conditions.

The Headers are expertly engineered for seamless compatibility with the OEM Akrapovic muffler and ECU-controlled exhaust valve. Users will benefit from a +6 horsepower boost and a notable torque enhancement across the entire RPM range without requiring any tuning modifications with the OEM muffler if that is your preferance.

When using the supplied 60mm race muffler and link pipe, this system reaches its full potential. When paired with ECU remapping, it delivers an impressive +15 horsepower increase and +14.5 N•m torque gain, while the OEM Street ECU ensures superior throttle response and optimal durability from its all-titanium construction.
