Manufactured using advanced production techniques and high-grade titanium, this system is significantly lighter than the original exhaust while retaining considerably less heat. The exceptional craftsmanship and precision welding perfectly complement the engineering and appearance of these iconic Ducati superbikes.

Under-Seat Exhaust Design

The high-mounted, under-seat muffler configuration requires the removal of the passenger footpegs.

Relocating the mufflers from beneath the motorcycle makes this system particularly suitable for racing applications, where space is required for a belly pan capable of containing fluids. On street motorcycles, the under-seat configuration also reduces heat stress around the lower fairings, helping protect body panels from heat damage while reducing the amount of heat radiating towards the rider’s legs.

Appearance

The titanium features a natural brushed finish that develops striking shades of blue, purple and red as it passes through repeated heat cycles.

Unlike stainless steel, titanium will not stain or corrode and requires no polishing due to its excellent resistance to acids and salts. Titanium also dissipates heat considerably faster than steel, helping reduce prolonged heat soak into surrounding bodywork when the motorcycle is stationary.

Manufacture

Vandemon uses a specialised welding process that produces strong, full-penetration joints with the consistent overlapping fish-scale appearance expected of a premium titanium exhaust system.

Every component is manufactured with close attention to fit, finish and durability, creating an exhaust system worthy of the Ducati Panigale.

All required mounting hardware is supplied.
