When the valve is open, the exhaust gas will flow through the straight-through, un-baffled section of the muffler, which offers less resistance and results in a louder exhaust note.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen tuning the Stealth exhaust, the technician will customize the tune to the valve open (loud mode).
