Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style with a great sound utilising the latest manufacturing technics & exotic materials such as Titanium. Aero-Space alloys such as Titanium make for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention than the OEM system.
Weld quality is second to none with ultrasonically perfect welds, which Ducati clients would expect & appreciate for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.
All mounting hardware supplied
- Material Ti1 Titanium Brushed Finish
- Weight 5.7kg
- Exhaust Pipe wall thickness of 1.2mm
- Welding process precision Tig 100% penetration
The surface appearance is a natural brushed finish that changes to an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary.
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
Custom Tuning is recommended for best results to prevent lean operation
Why buy a titanium exhaust? Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality, 's Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP
Other advantages of Titanium:
- Very light, Increased power to weight ratio
- Won't corrode or discolour
- Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium
- Dissipate heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
IMPORTANT! Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because the end results would be no different from what your OEM exhaust can already achieve. Check with your country's governing body regarding noise emission standards rules and regulations.
