Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style with a great sound utilising the latest manufacturing technics & exotic materials such as Titanium, making for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention than the OEM system.

Weld quality is second to none, with ultrasonically perfect welds that won't fatigue crack. In addition, each welded joint is as strong as the pipe it joins, which is essential considering the challenging conditions bumps & vibration adventure models must withstand for those asking the most from their machine. 

Appearance:
Surface finish is a natural brushed finish which, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red as well as having an advantage over stainless steel in that Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary.

Why buy a titanium exhaust? Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality, Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP.

The muffler is all Titanium except for a stylish carbon fibre end cap and an aggressive sound to match. Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance, this lightweight system will enhance performance by 14hp (1290 Dyno shown) when used with a fuel correction device.
