Ducati Panigale 1199,1299,1299 SP & R Vandemon Titanium Exhaust 2011-18
Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style with a great sound utilising the latest manufacturing technics & exotic materials such as Titanium that will make for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention than the OEM system.
Weld quality is second to none with ultrasonically perfect welds, which Ducati clients would expect & appreciate for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.
The under-seat design makes this system ideal for racing applications where belly pan sumps are required. For street bikes, the under-seat design reduces lower fairing heat stress to minimise the possibility of scorched body panels.
Surface finish is a natural brushed finish which, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red as well as having an advantage over stainless steel in that Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary.
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

Why buy a titanium exhaust? Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality, 's Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP
Other advantages of Titanium:

- Won't corrode or discolour
- Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium
- Dissipate heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
